Perception Tests

According to wearers…

Essilor is the first optical lens company to use perception tests.
Also called sensory tests, they are part of a scientific discipline that calls upon the five senses to assess the product quality. These tests make it possible to validate the correlation of scientific data from Essilor R&D and the perception of eyeglass wearers.

The tests are also used to compare the performances of Crizal products and those of its competitors. Here are a few results:

- Wearers voted Crizal no-glare lenses as the cleanest, easiest to clean, most transparent, and least dust-attracting lens on the market*

- Wearers also declare Crizal no-glare lenses provide the best resistance to scratches compared to the market’s top competitors**
